Gmail Backup is a free program that allows you to backup your Gmail account and store it on your local computer. You can download all email messages stored on your computer or local. EML files. TrayStatus is a freeware which shows the status of the Num lock, Caps lockĀ  and scroll lock keys in the taskbar notification area. If you use a notebook or you have a keyboard without an indicator light for the caps lock or num lock keys, this program is just for you.

Apart from the status of the keys, the program also shows the current read/write hard disk activity. The current read/write speed is also shown as a tooltip when you move your mouse over the icon. Every time you turn on your computer, you will notice that many of the programs start automatically. While some may be useful, some may be useless may be taking the system resources, while delaying the start time. Clean Startup presents a very simple interface that helps you manage which programs to add to your startup list.

AllDup is a free program that enables you to find duplicate files on your PC. The program has a lot of options that let you find matches file size, name, date, attributes, created date and even the comparison byte by byte. You can search through multiple folders or drives. The program implements a fast algorithm and the results are very fast.

After selecting the folders to scan, simply press the scan button and the program finds and displays the results. The results are shown in the group and they also give you more information as the file name, location, size, etc. You can select the files you want to delete or you can follow the filter by using the intelligent selection can select the files on the basis that the places or dates. There are several things you can do with duplicate files. You can remove, move or copy to a new location or even change the name.
